Acknowledgements

I acknowledge that classes begin the week of September 14, 2020 and will conclude the end of May at which time a recital will follow. The contact will be in effect and follow in accordance to the dates stated above. The following terms and conditions are in addition to the above stated.

I acknowledge that class fees must be paid in accordance with the terms of this agreement regardless of the attendance to the classes.

I hereby agree to have all payments in on time; any payments that are not paid on time will be subject to a 5% interest charge. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

I hereby understand that any NSF cheques will be subject to a $10.00 fee.

I hereby agree to abide by all studio policies including the respectful treatment of all students and staff.

I acknowledge that Step Above Dance Academy shall not be liable for any claim arising directly or indirectly out of any injury sustained as a result of the use of classes offered, the facilities or the property.

I acknowledge that Step Above Dance Academy has my full agreement to use any imagery containing my child(ren) for promotional purposed only. Some example include but are not limited to photos and videos.

I further acknowledge that Step Above Dance Academy will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.

In addition to the class fees, a costume fee of $100.00 plus taxes per student (non-refundable) will be required for each type of dance lesson by November 1, 2020.
